The Indian Peaks room is the master suite. It includes a King bed, a private bath with soaking tub and shower, and a large walk-in closet. When Erin and Debra are not visiting, this room is available for guests. Please make yourself at home.

The Purpose
Indian Peaks is dedicated to provide a sanctuary where family and friends can gather to draw closer to God and to one another. Whether through shared adventures or quiet reflection, we pray this home serves as a place of spiritual and relational renewal for everyone who visits.
The Experience
Situated on top of a mountain, the property blends secluded alpine serenity with instant access to the best of the Rockies:

The Trails: Just across the street, you’ll find a network of hiking and mountain biking trails through pine and aspen forests.

The Water: Nearby mountain lakes offer fishing in the summer and ice skating in the winter.

The Slopes: Reach Eldora Mountain Resort in just 12 minutes for downhill skiing, snowboarding, and Nordic trails.

The Community: Nederland, Colorado, is a small mountain town of 1,500 people worth exploring. You will find coffee shops, excellent dining, a gift shop, a grocery store, and a community theater.
The Home
Designed to accommodate large gatherings while maintaining a sense of intimacy, Indian Peaks features a spacious layout with plenty of room for rest and recreation:

Sleeping & Privacy: 5 guest rooms and 4 bathrooms, providing ample space for everyone to settle in comfortably.

Gathering Spaces: Two separate family rooms allow for group activities or quiet conversation, complemented by both a large main kitchen and a convenient kitchenette.

Dining: Enjoy fellowship over a meal in the indoor dining area or take the experience outside to our outdoor dining space to soak in the mountain air.

Wellness & Recovery: Maintain your rhythm in the exercise room or unwind after a day on the trails in an infrared sauna.
